Affirming in part, reversing in part.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Harlan Circuit Court affirming an' award of the Workmen’s Compensation Board against appellant in favor of appellee. The Board had previously confirmed the recommendation of the Referee. The award rendered by the Board and sustained by the Circuit Court allowed appellees compensation at the rate of $12 per week beginning April 21, 1943, for a period of 400 consecutive weeks with interest at 6% on all past due installments from date until paid and allowed appellant credit for…
