Arnold R. Moore and Green Brook Contractors, Inc., petition this Court for a writ of mandamus ordering the Circuit Court of St. Clair County to transfer this action to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County and to set aside a writ of attachment. The petitioners state the issues as 1) whether venue was proper in St. Clair County, 2) whether the action should be transferred to a more convenient forum pursuant to Ala. Code 1975, § 6-3-21.1, and 3) whether the circuit court should have issued a writ of attachment.
