The defendants, Alabama Power Company, Avondale Mills, Inc., Russell Corporation, Russell Lands, Inc., and the City of Alexander City, petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing Judge William J. Wynn to transfer this action from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County to the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County.
