Convicted of child molestation (OCGA § 16-6-4 (a)) and giving a false name (OCGA § 16-10-25), Jeffrey Wand appeals the molestation conviction on two grounds: insufficient evidence and error in disallowing cross-examination of the victim’s mother about prior allegations of sexual abuse against the victim.
