Claude R. Hall was convicted of child molestation, and he appeals.

The evidence adduced at trial established that the victim, S. F., who was five years old at the time of the alleged abuse and six years old at trial, was visiting the home of her aunt, Sharon Thomas. Present in the house were her aunt, grandmother, great uncle, and appellant, a family friend. The testimony was in conflict as to the presence that day of the victim’s uncle, Willie Thomas, and another relative. After the trial court ruled that S.
