This is an appeal on questions of law from a finding and judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of this county in favor of appellee, the Superintendent of Banks of Ohio, plaintiff below, and against appellant, The Acorn Supply Company, for the sum of $11,800. The cause was submitted to the court below without the intervention of a jury.

The facts are practically undisputed, and our problem, as was that of the trial court, is to apply the law to the facts shown by stipulation of the parties, a number of exhibits and some testimony. The operative facts are as follows:
