Trent v. State
Court of Criminal Appeals of Oklahoma
1Opinion of the CourtJones, J.
The defendant, Warren H. Trent, was charged by an information filed in the county court of Garfield county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried; convicted; and pursuant to the verdict of the jury was sentenced to serve ninety days in the county jail, and pay a fine of $500; and has appealed.
Many assignments of error are set forth in the brief of defendant but they are all directed at two propositions, namely: The court erred in overruling the motion to suppress evidence, and secondly, the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction.
