Defendant Willie Emerson Dent, also known as Jim Brown Boohice, was charged in an indictment with two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of child molestation for acts committed against the same victim, the six-year-old daughter of defendant’s common law wife. The victim testified that defendant twice made her commit acts of oral sodomy on him and that he also penetrated her vulva with his lubricated finger.
