Louise S. Austin died on January 14, 1921, leaving a will, by the eighth paragraph of which she provided as follows:

"I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty Thousand dollars ($50,000.00) unto Girard Trust Company, a corporation, of the City of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, and unto its successors and assigns, In Trust Nevertheless, for the following uses and purposes, that is to say: In Trust, to invest, reinvest and keep invested the same, and to collect the income therefrom, and to pay…
