VANDE WALLE, Justice.

Agnes Gassmann appealed from a judgment and an order granting summary judgment entered in Emmons County Court denying Agnes’s objections to the probate of the will of Leo E. Stanton. We affirm.

*743Leo E. Stanton, a lifelong bachelor without issue, died January 20, 1989. Leo was survived by one sister, Agnes Gassmann, and four brothers, J. Francis, Miles, Victor and Lawrence Stanton.
