Plaintiffs, N B D Trust Company of Illinois, Melvin Isenstein, Jules Laser, Anthony Pasquinelli, and Bruno Pasquinelli, filed a quo warranto complaint against defendant, the Village of Hoffman Estates (Village), alleging that the Village unlawfully annexed its property.
