On April 2, 1969, the Circuit Court of Winnebago County entered a judgment of ouster against defendant as prayed for in a quo warranta action filed by relator, which is herein appealed. The complaint in quo warranto was to oust defendant city from exercising governmental control over the territory annexed to the City of Rockford which is within relator’s fire protection district.
