Aron Edward Donn appeals from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. He contends the United States Parole Commission (Commission) acted illegally by withdrawing an executed parole violator warrant, and, therefore, he is entitled to receive credit against the balance of his parole violator term for all state and federal custody since the Commission first executed the warrant.
