I. INTRODUCTION
This is a consolidated patent infringement action. Plaintiffs Boston Scientific Corporation and Boston Scientific Scimed, Inc. (collectively, “BSC”) have four complaints against defendants Johnson & Johnson, Inc. and Cordis Corporation (“Cordis”) (collectively, “J & J”), seeking a judgment that each of four J & J patents are invalid: U.S. Patent Nos. 7,217,286 (“the '7286 patent”) (Civ.
