Joseph Agney Rome, whose application to the judges of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans for a writ of mandamus to compel the I-Ion. Anna Judge Veters Levy, a judge of the Juvenile Court for the Parish of Orleans, to grant him an appeal from an order directing him to pay alimony of $10 a week for the support of his minor daughter was denied, applied to and was granted by this court a writ of certiorari directed to the judges of the Criminal District and the Juvenile courts ordering them to transmit the record in this proceeding to this court to the end that…
