ORDER CONCERNING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION

Before the Court is Defendant United Industries Corporation (“United”)’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and to Dismiss Plaintiffs Indirect and Willful Infringement Claims, filed February 13, 2017. (ECF No. 24.) Plaintiff Susan McKnight, Inc. (“McKnight”) filed a response in opposition on March 13, 2017. (ECF No. 29.) Defendant filed a reply on March 27,2017. (ECF No. 31.)
