The single question involved in this appeal is: Does the will of Franklin Tarter give to Ms widow a fee simple title to the residence property, as the court below held, or only a life estate therein, as appellant claims ?

After directing the payment of his just debts and funeral expenses, and giving to his widow a life estate in the household goods and in all his money uninvested at the time of his death, the will disposes of the realty under consideration as follows: “I Also give and bequeath to my wife Amanda the house and lot of ground I now reside on the lot…
