For over ten years, from January 21, 1891, the date of the filing of the original bill, litigation was carried on in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Northern District of Georgia, and in appellate courts, in the foreclosure of a trust deed executed by the Alabama and Georgia Manufacturing Company.
