Sidney Pfefferle, an inmate imprisoned in the State Prison of Southern Michigan in Jackson, seeks a writ of mandamus to compel defendants to restore two years of accumulated good time withdrawn by defendants following plaintiff’s escape from custody. Plaintiff claims that the procedures used by defendants to withdraw the good time were constitutionally defective.
