This matter was resubmitted to us after remand to the trial court for a determina tion regarding whether the change in the procedure for forfeiting credits under MCL 800.33(5); MSA 28.1403(5), as amended by 1986 PA 322, comports with the Due Process Clauses of the United States and Michigan Constitutions. US Const, Am XIV; Const 1963, art 1, § 17.
