The plaintiff Lynne Christensen (“Christensen”) filed a complaint on August 13, 2004, against the defendants Kingston School Committee (“the Committee”) and Gordon L. Noseworthy (“Noseworthy”), in his Professional Capacity as the Superintendent of the Kingston Schools (the Committee and Noseworthy, together, “Kingston”).
