The instant motion relates to the consolidated class action in which lead Plaintiff Carpenters’ Local 27 Defined Benefit Fund asserts that Defendants ViroPharma Incorporated (“ViroPharma”), Vincent J. Milano, Charles A. Rowland, Thomas F. Doyle, and John P.
