LEE M. JACKWIG, Chief Judge.
On March 23, 1988 the following matters came on for hearing in Des Moines, Iowa: (1) confirmation of plan; (2) motion to mod ify stay filed by Okey-Yernon First National Bank (Bank); and (3) motion to dismiss filed by the Bank. Mark S. Lorence appeared on behalf of the debtor. Steven H. Krohn appeared on behalf of the Bank. David L. Davitt appeared on behalf of the Federal Land Bank (FLB), Anita L.
