MEMORANDUM OPINION ON GENEVIEVE LUCHENBILL’S MOTION TO DISMISS AND ON CONFIRMATION OF DEBTORS’ PLANS OF REORGANIZATION

On October 11, 1988, Wyman R. Luchen-bill and Luchenbill Grain, Inc. filed separate petitions for relief under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code. Although both debtors are from Shiawassee County, which is next door to Genesee County, where this Court sits, the petitions for relief were inexplicably filed in Detroit.
