Rocco LeDonne (Claimant), by his guardian Kathleen LeDonne, petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying his request for fatal claim benefits. In doing so, the Board affirmed the determination of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Claimant was not entitled to receive fatal claim benefits because the death of his father, Richard LeDonne (Decedent), did not occur in the course of Decedent’s employment with Graciano Corporation (Employer).
