Plaintiff-Appellant Brandy Andler appeals the district court’s decision to exclude the testimony of her expert witness regarding loss of future earning capacity in her personal injury lawsuit against Defendant-Appellee Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. (“Clear Channel”). Clear Channel cross-appeals the denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law on the issue of liability.
