MEMORANDUM OPINION

SHARION AYCOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff Charles Jackson pursues this action against his employer Lowndes County School District (“LCSD”), seeking to recover for alleged race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Fourteenth Amendment. Pending now before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment *775[44]. The Court has considered the motion, responses,1 rules, and authorities, and finds as follows:
