Burke v. Burke
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
GRUENDEL, J.
The plaintiff, Joan Burke, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion of the defendant, Brien J. Burke, to dismiss the plaintiffs motion for postjudgment modification of child support and alimony orders. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) refused to enter an articu lation of its decision and (2) granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss. We agree with the plaintiffs second claim and, accordingly, reverse the judgment of the trial court.
