OPINION
COHEN, Senior District Judge:
In this breach of contract action brought by plaintiff, Security Savings Bank, SLA, (“Security”), defendant, Green Tree Acceptance, Inc. (“Green Tree”), has moved to dismiss plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 8(a); to dismiss certain of plaintiff’s claims pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b); to dismiss certain other claims pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6); or in the alternative, to transfer the entire action to the United States Court for the District of Minnesota pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (1988).
