This action for fraud and misrepresentation and for conspiracy to defraud and to misrepresent comes before this Court on appeal by Defendants who were found liable for conspiring to defraud and for perpetrating a fraud on Plaintiff, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Mrs. Minnie L.
