Jeffery Day Rieber was indicted and convicted in Madison County for the capital offense stated in Ala. Code 1975, §13A-5-40(a)(2), involving the robbery and murder of Glenda Craig. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed Rieber's conviction and death sentence, and it later overruled his application for rehearing. See Rieber v.
