MILLER, Justice.

Roger G. Flittie (defendant) appeals his conviction on grand theft and petty theft charges. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand for re-sentencing.

ISSUES

Defendant, both through counsel and pro se, raises several issues in this appeal. We hold that the majority of the issues are totally lacking in merit.
