Plaintiffs Sonia Fordham (“Plaintiff’ or “Fordham”) and John Fordham (“John Fordham”) commenced this action alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. and the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), N.Y. Exec.
