OPINION
MAYS, District Judge.
Defendant-appellant Gregory Scott Burns pled guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court applied United States Sentencing Guideline § 2K2.1(b)(4), which provides for a two-level enhancement if the firearm at issue was stolen or had an altered or obliterated serial number. Burns has acknowledged that the gun was stolen, but he argues that the enhancement should not be applied to his case because he did not know the gun was stolen at the time of the offense.
