MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LESLEY WELLS, District Judge.
Before the Court is a motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by the defendant Geauga Savings Bank (“Geauga Sav ings”). The plaintiff Leigh-Anne Ford has responded, and Geauga Savings has replied. For the following reasons, the Court will grant the motion.
