BRETT, Presiding Judge.
Plaintiff in error, Jimmie Ray Dorrough, hereafter referred to as defendant, was charged and tried in the District Court of Washita County by a jury for the offense of burglary in the second degree. Defendant was represented by court appointed counsel; and on February 17, 1967 the jury returned a verdict of guilty and assessed defendant’s punishment at two years confinement in the state penitentiary.
