NIX, Judge:

Plaintiff in error, Earl Henry Mc-Doulett, hereinafter referred to as defendant was convicted by jury verdict in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-69-899, for the crime of knowingly receiving stolen property, and sentenced to a term of 1 to 5 years imprisonment. Judgment and sentence was imposed in accordance with the jury verdict on November 14, 1969, and this appeal perfected therefrom.

It is the first assignment that the trial court committed error in failing to sustain defendant’s demurrer as the evidence was insufficient to support a verdict of guilty. The…
