In this post-conviction relief proceeding, petitioner alleged that she received inadequate assistance of trial counsel in violation of Article I, section 11, of the Oregon Constitution, and the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. 1 The post-conviction court determined that petitioner had not shown that her trial counsel was constitutionally inadequate and denied relief.
