CURRIE, District Judge.
This is an action based on three causes of action: (1) breach of contract; (2) breach of contract accompanied by fraudulent act; and (3) Unfair Trade Practices Act (“UTPA”) violations, S.C.Code Ann. §§ 89-5-10 et seq.
