Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 9, 1986.

*886Graphic Transmissions, Inc., is a package delivery service operating in the New York City metropolitan area. Claimant and others contracted with Graphic to carry out these deliveries using their own vehicles. There was a written contract between Graphic and claimant in which the owner-drivers were denominated independent contractors.
