Affirming.
This contest over the office of sheriff of Edmonson county between R. H. Parsley, Republican nominee, and Irwin Stice, Democratic nominee, growing out of the election in November, 1925, has been thoroughly prepared by counsel on both sides by the taking of a great deal of proof upon the many questions of fact, and. by the preparation and presentation of elaborate and helpful briefs covering every point.
