These cases were brought in the circuit court of Wilson county to recover damages of the Tennessee Central Railroad Company for the alleged wrongful death of William Morgan, the husband of Mrs. Artie Morgan and for injuries inflicted by the engine of the railroad company on Claude Morgan and Carl Morgan. The cases of the two latter were tried together; that of Mrs. Artie Morgan separately.
