The involved action was brought to recover upon a policy of public liability and property damage insurance issued by the defendant, in which Oler and Stine were named as assured, together with an endorsement thereon executed in conformity with the Contract Carrier Statute of the State of Indiana, Burns’ Ann.St.1933, § 47-1301 et seq.
