This suit was filed by appellee, Jack Locklear, as plaintiff against appellant, Traders & General Insurance Company, as defendant to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board and to recover compensation for alleged permanent total incapacity on account of injuries sustained by plaintiff on May 14, 1935, while in the course of his employment with Joe’ Long and/or Joe Long Drilling Company, insured by defendant under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of the State of Texas, Vernon’s Ann.
