This is an action at law to recover the sum of $637.50 claimed to be due to plaintiff, WKBW, Inc., from defendant, Children’s Bible Hour, a Michigan ecclesiastical corporation. At and prior to February, 1948, plaintiff corporation operated a radio station in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Clinton H. Churchill was its president and later became its g’eneral manager. He was also pastor of the ■Church of the Tabernacle and had been engaged in religious broadcasting for nearly 25 years.
