Defendants-appellants Raymond A. Griffiths, Mary Ann Griffiths and Rae Inn, Inc. appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee John Yaroma on his claim for a brokerage commission arising out of the Griffithses’ purchase of the Dover Nursing Home in Westlake, Ohio. Defendants contend there were disputed issues of fact precluding summary judgment. Plaintiff cross-appeals the court’s denial of prejudgment interest on his brokerage award.
