This matter is before the Court on plaintiff Jane Lordan’s (“Lordan”) appeal under G.L.c. 41, §81BB of a decision of the Planning Board of the City of Woburn (“Board”).3 Lordan challenges the Board’s approval of a definitive subdivision plan entitled “Plan of Land Off Ledgewood Road, Woburn, MA” submitted to the Board by defendant Country Club Apartments Trust (“Trust”).
