This case is before us for the third time. In Rhoads v. Harvey Publications, Inc., 124 Ariz. 406, 604 P.2d 670 (App.1979) (Rhoads I), we reversed the trial court’s dismissal of the complaint. The trial court had erroneously found a lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendants. In Rhoads v. Harvey Publications, Inc., 131 Ariz. 267, 640 P.2d 198 (App.1981) (Rhoads II), we reversed the trial court’s summary judgment entered against the plaintiffs.
