MEMORANDUM OPINION
I. INTRODUCTION
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
This cause is before the court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on October 17, 1994.
Plaintiff, Donald West (“West”), filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama on July 11, 1994. In his Complaint, West alleges that the defendant Russell Corporation (“Russell”) discriminated against him because of a disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). 42 U.S.C. § 12102 et seq.
