This dispute relates to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case filed by Line Capital, Inc. (“Debtor” or “Line”). Line’s Chapter 11 Plan was confirmed on January 9, 2002. The Plaintiff is the Debtor’s Estate Repre sentative pursuant to the confirmed Chapter 11 Plan, and is authorized to pursue claims on behalf of the Debtor’s creditors.
